Russian Keyboard Layouts: Traditional and Transliterated
I prefer transliterated version (phonetic), but Windows XP Home Edition did not provide me with an option to install my preferred keyboard layout. After some Google-scouring, I found what I needed (what's new:).Below please find instructions on how to install both the traditional and transliterated versions:
