Russian Keyboard Layouts: Traditional and Transliterated

I prefer transliterated version (phonetic), but Windows XP Home Edition did not provide me with an option to install my preferred keyboard layout. After some Google-scouring, I found what I needed (what's new:).

Below please find instructions on how to install both the traditional and transliterated versions:

1. How to install traditional Russian keyboard layout in Windows NT/2000/XP, Mac OSX and Mac System 9
